steak cut into chunks
1 envelope onion soup mix
10 oz drained mushrooms
1 can tomatoes(drain but save juice)
1/2 cup juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp ketchup
place large piece of foil on cookie sheet
arrange meat on foil
sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and chopped tomatoes
mix juice and cornstarch in pot over med heat.add ketchup. stir until thickened
pour over everything
seal foil tightly
bake 300 for 2 hrs until tender
